The Skool of guitar excellence
We have divided the course into 4 stages that can link together if you want to progress right to the top level of guitar playing.
On the other hand each course is self contained so you can stop after the first course and have learnt enough to let you have fun and enjoy playing your guitar. If you chose to go on, the next level will allow you to play a wider range of songs and increase your knowledge of guitar. In the third course, we build on the previous two courses and introduce you to basic lead guitar techniques.
We may introduce further courses if anyone wants to go even further, but by now you will have all you need to allow you to play most popular guitar classics and, with practise, you will be able to read the music or guitar tabs for yourself. We will provide all the tools necessary to help you develop.
So as you feel that you really are back at school, we have called the course, 1st, 2nd and 3rd year.
Each course will contain all you need to put what you have learnt into practise, including some exercises or homework to help you remember and apply what you have been taught.
Each course has practice and revision tips that you can complete at your own pace. When you have done this, both theory and practical, you will be ready to move to the next course..
